Cormac began his journey with Universal at a young age, starting as a truck driver before transitioning into a pivotal role within the office. His focus centered on overseeing the Eversource Energy Conservation projects, adding substantial value to the company’s portfolio. Driven by a passion for learning, Cormac pursued dual degrees at Fairfield University, graduating with a bachelor’s in finance, followed by a bachelor’s in electrical engineering from UMass Amherst. His academic achievements paved the way for a successful tenure at Boeing, where he excelled as an Aviation Electronics Engineer, achieving rapid career growth with two promotions in just four years.

In April 2024, UEC welcomed Cormac back to the team, thrilled to harness his wealth of knowledge and cross-industry expertise. Beyond his professional achievements, Cormac finds joy in golfing, maintaining an active lifestyle, and cherishing moments with family and friends. He also dedicates time to mentoring aspiring engineers, embodying his commitment to fostering the next generation of talent.
