Your role is foundational to building the skills and discipline required for advancement in the trade.

As a journeyman, you perform skilled electrical work independently and as part of a team, ensuring quality and code-compliant installations. You interpret plans, execute tasks efficiently, and mentor apprentices while collaborating with foremen and project managers to meet project goals. Your experience and technical knowledge are essential to maintaining productivity and safety on the jobsite.
Foreman

As a foreman, you lead field crews and oversee daily jobsite operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
