Project Administrator

As a project administrator, you support the project management team by handling essential administrative tasks that ensure smooth project execution. You manage and maintain all project documentation, including RFIs, scope documents, and internal tracking records. You assist in creating and updating project budgets, cost codes, and schedules using accounting and scheduling software. You also oversee submittals, closeout documentation, and change order logs to keep projects organized and compliant. Through clear communication with project stakeholders and support staff, you help maintain consistency, efficiency, and alignment across all phases of the project lifecycle.
