Bill Horgan has over 15 years of experience climbing the ladder in the commercial electrical industry. Over the years, he’s built his skills as a journeyman, foreman, teacher, project manager, and estimator. Employing the knowledge gained through his experience, he currently has the pleasure of leading and developing the estimating department at Universal Electric. A resident of Hadley, Massachusetts, Bill enjoys spending quality time outdoors, creating music, and enjoying theatre with his family – his wife Karen, and two daughters, Marjorie and Ri. Additionally, he enjoys spending his time tending to the family dairy farm, working alongside both of his daughters.
