Brian Collins has been a project manager with Universal Electric company since the Summer of 2021. Throughout his career as a project manager, Brian has overseen a wide spectrum of projects, spanning from small renovations to large scale new-builds such as wastewater treatment plants, new fire stations, and student housing for local universities. Most of Brian’s work with Universal Electric Company involves managing the installation of large-scale solar fields, canopy mounted parking lot arrays, and rooftop panel installations. In this way, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring UEC is at the forefront of green-energy innovations and best practices. Beginning in the field as a truck driver delivering materials, Brian has experience climbing the ladder as a warehouse manager, apprentice and estimator. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with his family – his wife Kristyn, and his two daughters McKenna and Hailey. He frequents the lake with his family and friends during the summer season, always making sure to take his two dogs on the way – Gino the Italian Mastiff and Daisy the beagle/lab mix. Beyond his time spent at the lake, Brian also enjoys golfing, playing poker, and attending every sporting event he can.
